This exciting and yet challenging project was conceptually designed by the owner’s architectural firm based in South America. As a joint effort with local architects and the owners we created a consistent upscale product line that emulates the renovated building’s interior and colorful exterior. Permits and engineering were also accomplished with a close relationship with the City of Dania Beach Building officials.
